It was raining cats and dogs yesterday afternoon and evening; combined with thunder and lighting. The power went out and then on again several times forcing computers and clocks and other elctronic hardware to restart. With rural living we have at iour house invested in a Natural Gas Generator that is hardwired through our electric panel. This allows the generator to be able to tell when the power has gone out and start automatically giving our home much needed electricity. Today I shall be calling to find out if there is such a thing as an uninteruptable power supply that will bridge between the outages and the restart so that there is less strain on our computers and other electronics.
There is much more to owning a home, it seems that it is about customizing it to your life and needs.
